Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Jim Bob's Easy Appliance Repair ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website appliancepartsseabreeze.com and our services.
You agree that by accessing the site and/or services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are prohibited from using the site and services and you must discontinue use immediately.
Service Description
Jim Bob's Easy Appliance Repair provides appliance repair services in Decatur, IL and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to repair of refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, and other household appliances.
Scheduling and Appointments
When you schedule a service appointment through our website, by phone, or other means, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We will make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time frame; however, due to the nature of appliance repair, exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice for cancellation may result in a cancellation fee.
Service Estimates
We provide estimates for repair services based on the information provided by you and our initial assessment. Final charges may vary if additional issues are discovered during the repair process or if the actual repair differs from what was initially described.
We will notify you of any significant changes to the estimated cost before proceeding with repairs. You have the right to decline service if the revised estimate does not meet your approval.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks. A service fee may be charged for diagnostic visits even if you choose not to proceed with the recommended repairs.
Warranty
We provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labor for appliance repairs unless otherwise specified. This warranty covers issues directly related to the repair performed but does not cover problems caused by misuse, abuse, or issues unrelated to the original repair.
To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your original invoice number and a description of the issue.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jim Bob's Easy Appliance Repair and our officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of and access to our services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Illinois. Jim Bob's Easy Appliance Repair and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Illinois shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. We encourage you to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about our services.
